RONALD E. TIMM; M.S.E.E., CPP; is an electronic systems engineer, technical security consultant and educator with a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering . President of R. E. Timm & Associates he is associated with Bryant & Associates and has been involved in total facilities management for more than twenty years . His experience includes project manager and senior security engineer for security upgrades at numerous Department of Energy and Department of Defense facilities . As project manager Mr. Timm was responsible for conceiving and formulating problem definitions which result in scope of work, criteria, and requirements documents.
