Ronald W. Manuel BLUFF CITY -- Ronald W. "Ronnie" Manuel, 45, of 901 Vickars Road went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, Jan. 31, 2002, at Wellmont Bristol Regional Medical Center.He was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area and the son of the late Oscar L. Manuel Sr. and Mildred L. Frye Manuel.He was a 1974 graduate of East High School, former employee of SmithKline Beecham and a member of Victory Baptist Chruch.He also coached in his church softball league and on several basketball and softball teams.He worked at the Arby's Classic for 17 years and was an avid golfer.He was also a loving and dedicated husband, father, brother and friend and had a special God-given talent to touch many hearts and lives through his love for the Lord.He was preceded in death by a nephew, Michael Malone.
