Kathy is the CFO of Loder Construction since the opening in 1995, when Ron and Kathy's vision of owning their own construction company became a reality.

Naturally, the day after his son's high school graduation Ron Loder Jr. started as an apprentice carpenter for The E.W. Hahn Company in 1976.
By growing up with construction around him and having a background of five generations of carpenters preceding him Ron Loder Jr. soon followed his father's footsteps by becoming the driving force first in the field, then in the office.
After building major malls all over the nation, (the majority in Northern California) Hahn Company was bought Canadian development company and renamed TrizecHahn.
In 1997 TrizecHaun stopped building in the United States, then split and sold the property management portion to Westfield America, Inc. (precursor to The Westfield Group) and The Rouse Company (now part of General Growth Properties) the following year.
With the disablement of construction, Sr. retired and Jr. started what is now Loder Construction Inc.
, along with his
wife Kathleen, started small by using many of his
contacts from his
20 years with the Hahn Company; he
finished many of the loose ends left to the malls and other larger projects.
The hard worked paid off when; he
was awarded the build out for the iconic Hard Rock Café, Sacramento.
By capitalizing on his
extensive network and providing excellence results and customer service Loder Construction built a stellar reputation with in the greater Sacramento area.
In 2009 the 3rd generation of Ron Loder, J.J. began to work for Loder Construction.
Growing up with the company and guidance from his
Father and Grandfather, he
