Ron Loder Jr.
Ron's construction background began in his youth, but officially began in the summer of 1976. His dreams came to light in 1995 when he started his own company, Loder Construction Inc. His most rewarding professional accomplishment has been to grow the company throughout the economic market's up and downs for 18 years. The company has evolved and excelled in part by Ron's' expansive construction knowledge, customer relations, and surrounding himself with a qualified professional workforce. In 2004, Ron received the Small Business Person of The Year Award from the SBA. Ron continues to find areas that need improvement and is continually looking for ways to stay ahead of the latest business trends. Another reason for Loder Construction's success is that Ron treats his individual customers with respect and appreciation; many of his clients have become personal friends. Giving back to the community, Ron coached both wrestling and football for 14 years. He was one of the originators of the Jr. Grizzly Football & Cheer, the feeder program for the Granite Bay High School Football team. Ron coached both sports up through the varsity level. According to Ron, some of his favorite memories were the years he was fortunate enough to coach his three sons. After the graduation of the his youngest son, Ron was able to fulfill a long-time passion of his which was to grow and make his own wine. Ron is proud to announce that he has now transformed their 2 ½ acres into a vineyard and winery. In 2013, he received a Double Gold Award for his 2011 Tempranillo. He enjoys sharing his wine making experiences when entertaining his family, friends, and clients. He is also active in our local community. After coaching Football and Wrestling in Granite Bay, from 1995-2009, he now serves and is a board member for the Biletnikoff Foundation. Aside from the foundation and the wine making, he enjoys traveling, and also likes boating, biking, gardening, and BBQs. Most evenings you can find Ron out walking the vineyard with a glass of wine with Kathy, and invites anyone to join them. Kathy is the CFO of Loder Construction since the opening in 1995, when Ron and Kathy's vision of owning their own construction company became a reality. Along with Ron, she finds joy in making and tasting fine wines, traveling, gardening, boating, and spending time with her family and friends.

Loder Construction Inc. :: History
Naturally, the day after his son's high school graduation Ron Loder Jr. started as an apprentice carpenter for The E.W. Hahn Company in 1976.
By growing up with construction around him and having a background of five generations of carpenters preceding him Ron Loder Jr. soon followed his father's footsteps by becoming the driving force first in the field, then in the office. After building major malls all over the nation, (the majority in Northern California) Hahn Company was bought Canadian development company and renamed TrizecHahn. In 1997 TrizecHaun stopped building in the United States, then split and sold the property management portion to Westfield America, Inc. (precursor to The Westfield Group) and The Rouse Company (now part of General Growth Properties) the following year. With the disablement of construction, Sr. retired and Jr. started what is now Loder Construction Inc. Ron, along with his wife Kathleen, started small by using many of his contacts from his 20 years with the Hahn Company; he finished many of the loose ends left to the malls and other larger projects. The hard worked paid off when; he was awarded the build out for the iconic Hard Rock Café, Sacramento. By capitalizing on his extensive network and providing excellence results and customer service Loder Construction built a stellar reputation with in the greater Sacramento area. In 2009 the 3rd generation of Ron Loder, J.J. began to work for Loder Construction. Growing up with the company and guidance from his Father and Grandfather, he joined an already established staff and has modernized many of Loder Constructions time tested methods. His versatility with having both field and office knowledge has secured Construction through another generation. Ron has built his company to be a force in the commercial construction industry not only in malls, but also in retail, medical, dental, commercial building spaces, athletic facilities and restaurants in the greater Sacramento region.
