As General Manager of Marketing and Business Development of HelloSoft, Inc., Ron Victor is responsible for strategic planning, business development, and directing HelloSoft's VoIP, Wireless LAN and VoWLAN (Voice-Over-Wireless-LAN) initiatives in the up and coming converged network environment.
is a seasoned veteran of the converged network arena having been involved in all aspects - Systems, Networks and Applications - of the same for more than a decade.

Prior to HelloSoft, Mr. Victor was the founder of Homeland Networks Corp. - a new media company focused in IPTV content distribution.
leadership Homeland Networks became the first company to develop and demonstrate a scalable content delivery platform for IPTV applications for large consumer audiences.
Prior to launching Homeland Networks, Mr.Victor was founding employee and Vice-President of Business Development at Vyyo. - a cable modem startup located in Cupertino, California.
listed on the NASDAQ in early 2000.
Mr. Victor started his career at Intel where he held a variety of marketing, business development and technical positions within Intel Corporation.
Highlights of his six-year career with Intel include: launching Intel products in China, launching Intel's very-low-bit-rate desktop conferencing products, launching Intel's broadband communications and content initiatives and working across the company and industry to synergize Intel's digital video initiatives in the early 90's.
Mr. Victor holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University.
