Seals states that the $25,000 reward from the State of Tennessee remains in effect for anyone having information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for her death. Seals asks that anyone with any information about the case call the Sevier County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division at 865-428-1899 or the Tenn.
