Ron Martin, CPP is the Chief Executive Officer of The Consultancy Coalition (Consullition, LLC).
provides Business Strategy Consulting Services to the management of our clients.
Our client support strategies include organizational positioning the firm's Business Process and Analysis, Capture Management Strategies, Enterprise Architecture, Security Convergence Integration along with Identity, Credentialing and Access Management Programs.
Ron retired from the U.S. Federal Government where he served as a Physical Security Subject Matter Expert for the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Security and Strategic Information responsible for the development, coordination, direction and assessment of a nationwide physical security and Identity Management Programs.
These duties included providing Physical Security Subject Matter Expertise to the National Institute for Standards and Technology
and the Federal Identity, Credentialing and Access Management Sub Committee
He also served as the Homeland Security Presidential Directive - 12 (HSPD-12) Program lead for the United States Department of Commerce.
Ron is a retired US Army Officer with over 27 years of active and reserve military police service.
While on active duty he served as Military Comptroller, Provost Marshal, Security Manager and a Doctrine Literature Writer and Instructor.
In between tours of active duty he served 5 years as a civilian police officer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
He currently serves on the Security Industry Association and ASIS International Standards Committees.
holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Northern Virginia Community College, a Bachelors degree from George Mason University and a Master of Science degree from Frostburg State University.
The Governor of the Commonwealth Kentucky designated Ron
in 1990 an Honorary Kentucky Colonel for his
service to the Commonwealth.
In 2005 the Georgia Senate
in Senate Resolution 439 recognized and commended Ron
outstanding service to Augusta/Richmond County, Georgia.
Ron also serves as the Executive Director for the Open Security Exchange.
