Roianne Houlton Conner
is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Alabama with deep family ties in the law enforcement, farming, and cattle raising community.
She received her Associates, Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Troy University while employed with the Montgomery Police Department as a police officer.
later obtained her
Law Degree from Jones School of Law while being employed full time with the Law Firm of the Honorable Ira DeMent.
In 1991 and 1992, she was employed as an Assistant District Attorney for the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.
Since 1993, she
has been in the private practice of law with an emphasis on criminal law, family law, as well as an active appellate practice.
has been admitted to the United States District for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of the State of Alabama, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, as well as all State and Municipal Courts of Alabama.
She has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Sunshine Center, the Montgomery Ballet, as well as her Church's Parish Council and the Board of Directors for her children's school.
