Roger Quick is President and Chief Executive Officer of Quick Leonard Kieffer.
Prior to forming Quick Leonard Kieffer, Roger was President of Norman Broadbent International, one of the largest searches firms in the world.
Before joining Norman Broadbent as head of their Health Care Practice, Roger was the Managing Partner of Healthcare for Korn/Ferry International.
has conducted hundreds of assignments for prominent hospitals and healthcare systems.
Before embarking on a successful career in executive search, Roger served as the Executive Vice President of the Illinois Hospital Association for eight years.
For seven years prior to that, he was the Chief Lobbyist and spokesperson for the state's 250 plus hospitals with legislators in Springfield and Washington, D.C.
Roger also served as the President of the Illinois Hospital's Research and Educational Foundation.
Roger served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Columbus-Cabrini Medical Center in Chicago.
He also served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of North Central College.
He is the former Chairman of the American Cancer Society for the State of Illinois and a member of the National Board of Trustees of the American Cancer Society.
Roger is also a member of the American Cancer Society Political Action Committee.
In 2005, Roger
chaired Smoke Free Chicago, an effort that lead to the City Council passing an ordinance that prohibits smoking in public areas.
In 2006, he
chaired Smoke Free Illinois, a successful effort to prohibit smoking in the entire state.
was the recipient of the American Cancer Society
's St. George Award, the highest honor awarded to a volunteer.
He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the National Alzheimer's Association.
