Roger is the Senior Vice President, Global Talent Management at Wal-Mart.
In this role, he
is responsible for executive development, Wal-Marts Leadership University
, executive succession planning, officer selection and Corporate Learning Services.
Before joining Wal-Mart, Roger was Senior Vice President, Learning and Leadership Development at Bank of America.
He has also served as Vice President of Human Resources for McLeodUSA, a regional telecommunications provider, and as Vice President, Human Resources for Williams, Inc.
Roger has served on the boards for the National Alliance of Business, National Employee Leadership Council, and the Center for Non-profit Management.
He is also a member of the Retail Talent Network.
Roger received his PhD from the University of Texas and additionally has a masters degree in organization communication from Pepperdine University and a bachelors degree in communication from Southern Utah University.
