grew up in Little Village (South Lawndale) - his
parents were some of our original patients at Lawndale Christian Health Center
when it first opened in 1984.
Roger started his career as a shoe store manager, but quickly found his way into banking at LaSalle Bank.
With his natural talents to work with data, he worked up to a role as a Vice President of Knowledgebase Relationship Marketing.
Continuing his education at DePaul University in Management Information Systems, Roger's experience and background have equipped him with a unique ability to manage some of the largest business intelligence systems for Bank of America.
In 2008, Roger
made the leap from the corporate banking world to work in the non-profit, faith-based setting of Lawndale Christian Health Center
Roger likes working at LCHC because it provides him with the opportunity to affect the spiritual as well as the physical state of his neighborhood and community.
wife reside in Chicago where they've raised two children and are now starting the cycle again with their three grandchildren.
Roger has been faithfully serving in a variety of leadership roles through New Life Community Church.
