Rodney has put together an act that shows true talent, teaming up with an 1800-pound Brazilian Gear Bull known as Billy the Kid and Wrangler's Peanut, a thirty-inch tall miniature Paint horse.This dynamic combination of man and beast is the true "Extreme Team."

Rodney Hayes is an East Texas native and claims Linden, Texas as his hometown.Rodney graduated from Linden Kildaire High School, where he was involved in sports, FFA, and high school rodeo.After high school, he attended college at Southern Arkansas University and he became a member of the rodeo team.As a college rodeo competitor he qualified for the College National Finals in both bareback riding and bull riding four times.After college, Rodney joined the Wrangler Bullfight Tour as a bullfighter.As a top bullfighter, Rodney learned to entertain and please a crowd.After four years on the tour, he endured a career ending injury when he broke his back.But Rodney was still in love with the rodeo way of life and was not ready to give up.Now he has returned with one of the best acts to ever grace the rodeo arena and a specialty act that is sure to put fans in the stands!
Rodney has trained Billy the Kid to ride like a horse or even better.Billy the Kid crawls, bows, jumps over fire, stands on a pedestal and much more all with Rodney in the saddle.
