MOUNT GILEAD - Morrow County Commissioner Rodney K. Clinger was indicted Tuesday by a special grand jury on felony charges alleging misuse of his county-owned computer. Morrow County Commissioner Rodney Clinger said commissioners have "not been well-informed with what is actually going on in that situation."
Clinger said in his four years as commissioner the association has provided reports once or twice a year, but signed a contract about a year ago to meet quarterly with the commissioners.
He said commissioners are concerned that the association needs to improve monitoring of its financial activity; revenue is derived mostly from two levies and from third-party billing companies.
