Robin Madell,
Executive Writer
Robin's life and work can be described in three words: motion, mission, and absorption. The motion started early-moving 20 times before she was 20, Robin found ways to translate those moves into stabilizing forces, developing a passion for writing and running. Over many miles and years, she's still doing the same, and in a lot of different places.
And that's where the mission comes in. With a bicoastal mentality based on equal time spent in New York and San Francisco, Robin has stayed singularly focused her entire career, absorbed in work that involves words. After a decade of going global to interview CEOs and thought leaders, she honed in on women's leadership, choosing roles that allow her to help advance women in business.
After taking a year off to interview 30-somethings in every state for a book on Americans in their thirties, she became a ghostwriter and speechwriter, and eventually an executive herself, serving as a VP and Managing Director in a global ad agency's creative department. Today, as a freelance corporate writer, Robin gives executives and entrepreneurs more time to do what they do best-by leaving the writing to her. When Robin's not on deadline, you'll find her marathoning, racing, biking, swimming, or hiking with her family in many places.
