It was Ms. Zuckerman's responsibility to create and implement a comprehensive procedural system for running the construction division.
The objective of this control system was to find a way to easily manage the planning and construction of an unlimited number of custom luxury homes.
One of the steps taken to reach this goal was to design and oversee an integrated customized computer software system.
With the sales, construction and contract software system, this completed system is able to efficiently run a minimally staffed construction office which can generate and track thousands of construction change orders and selection orders, hundreds of contracts, and tens of thousands of purchase orders annually for a large number of custom luxury homes.
Ms. Zuckerman also has significant experience in the Las Vegas area which she gained as a project manager for the Venetian Resort.
