Robert Skrocki is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker recently retired after a career of 36 years in a public health and community mental health setting at DuPage County Health Department, Mental Health Services.
He is a certified trainer in Mental Health First Aid, and in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.
He has a Master's In Social Work, a certificate in Organizational Development from Benedictine University, and clinical pastoral education training as part of a program at Meadville Lombard Theological School.
has a special interest in how faith communities can help support the recovery of persons with mental illnesses.
He is chair of the Interfaith Mental Health Coalition, a suburban collar county organization working to connect faith leaders to mental health resources, and also chairs the national level Pathways to Promise organization that is helping promote mental health training coalitions for faith communities all over the country.

He is a Unitarian Universalist lay community minister, and is active as both board chair and co-coordinator of the Pastoral Ministry Associates at DuPage Unitarian Universalist Church in Naperville, Illinois.
