Former Sacramento State humanities and religious studies professor Robert Platzner will teach Women in the Hebrew Bible at Congregation Bet Haverim in conjunction with the UC Davis Extension's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
Platzner taught at Sacramento State for more than 30 years and specialized in courses dealing with the Hebrew Bible and film aesthetics.
