New Holstein Police Chief Bob Niesen said his department has asked for three squad cars, but the Common Council has not approved a detailed application to the company.Niesen said he is confident the idea will be accepted if the city can save $20,000 budgeted for a squad in 2004.
"As long as the advertising can be done tastefully I feel it's a good deal," he said."I would have no trouble advertising for something like the telephone company, but no bail bondsmen or attorneys please."
