Mr. Manschot is Chairman of Silicon Entertainment, a privately held corporation that owns and operates NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway racing centers.Mr. Manschot is also the Chairman of RHEM International Enterprises, Inc., an investment and venture capital firm.Prior to RHEM International Enterprises, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Rural/Metro Corporation ("RURL"), 1987 - 1995.Earlier in his career, Mr. Manschot spent nine years as a Worldwide Partner for the Hay Group, specializing in strategic and organizational consulting.Mr. Manschot currently serves as a Board Director for Action Performance Inc. ("ACTN") and Phoenix Restaurant Group ("PRG"), which are both publicly traded companies.He also serves as a Board Director for the following privately held companies: Silicon Entertainment, First Wave, Motorsports Promotions, TouchScape, E-Port Network, Sports Southwest, and Thomas Pride Development. Mr. Manschot is an active member of Greater Phoenix Leadership and a Board Member of the Arizona State University Dean's Council 100.In addition, he serves as a Council Member of the American Graduate School of International Management "Thunderbird," and as an Entrepreneurial Fellow at the University of Arizona.Mr. Manschot holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel Management from the School of Hospitality Management, The Hague, Netherlands and a Masters of Business Administration degree (with honors) from Boston University.

His 30 years of broad-ranging and international experience include serving as President and CEO of an emergency services firm that he took public and grew to be a $500M+ company, having been brought in as Interim CEO to lead the successful reorganization and divestiture of a $250M firm.He also headed up a management consulting group specializing in strategic and organizational change initiatives for leading mid-size companies; and developed profitable new hotel properties in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East . Robert provides high-level management consulting to senior executives in Symmetrics' client firms; delivers expert counsel regarding international business issues and practices, including from a European perspective; and assists the Symmetrics' Board and management team in defining its strategy and structure to best serve clients.
Robert also manages a venture capital fund and serves on the Board of several companies in various industries, including hospitality, high tech, and financial services.He has earned much recognition for his business acumen, including being named an Arizona Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and a Council Member for The American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird.
