"State Police did a thorough investigation and based on that investigation we feel comfortable with who we have charged and who is currently in custody," said Robert Ilderton, an assistant prosecutor for Logan County.
Finley's case will next go before a Logan County
Grand Jury for consideration. He
faces life in prison if convicted of first degree murder.
At this point, prosecutors do not plan to charge his
teenage daughter for her
alleged involvement in the crime.
