KREAMER - R. Brooks Gronlund, grandson of Wood-Mode co-founder T.O. Gronlund, and son of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert L. Gronlund, has joined the company as vice president of operations. He has served on the Wood-Mode board of directors since 2000. Gronlund brings experience in financial planning and analysis, new business development and manufacturing/logistics support.

will work with Fred Richetta, president and chief operating officer, in the areas of market research, dealer development, enhanced process capability and data management support to a number of ongoing and new logistics and manufacturing projects. Most recently, Gronlund served as director of finance for Philips Medical Systems, a division of Royal Dutch Philips Electronics, in Andover, Mass., where he managed the financial planning and analysis of its global cardiac and monitoring solutions organization. Previously he was a senior financial analyst for the Healthcare Solutions Group of Agilent Technologies, where he provided business support for new product programs. From 1996-1999, he served as a senior financial analyst for the Hewlett-Packard Co. in San Diego. Gronlund holds master of business administration and master of engineering management degrees from Cornell University, as well as a bachelor of science degree in civil and environmental engineering from Duke University. He
is married to the former Amy Goulstone of Lewisburg.
