Gronlund, has joined the company as vice president of operations. He has served on the Wood-Mode board of directors since 2000. Gronlund brings experience in financial planning and analysis, new business development and manufacturing/logistics support. In his new position, he will work with Fred Richetta, president and chief operating officer, in the areas of market research, dealer development, enhanced process capability and data management support to a number of ongoing and new logistics and manufacturing projects. Most recently, Gronlund served as director of finance for Philips Medical Systems, a division of Royal Dutch Philips Electronics, in Andover, Mass., where he managed the financial planning and analysis of its global cardiac and monitoring solutions organization. Previously he was a senior financial analyst for the Healthcare Solutions Group of Agilent Technologies, where he provided business support for new product programs. From 1996-1999, he served as a senior financial analyst for the Hewlett-Packard Co. in San Diego. Gronlund holds master of business administration and master of engineering management degrees from Cornell University, as well as a bachelor of science degree in civil and environmental engineering from Duke University. He is married to the former Amy Goulstone of Lewisburg.
