ROBERT PAUL ELISANO, 59U.S. Army, Vietnam War veteranRobert Paul Elisano, 59, of Vineland passed away late Sunday afternoon, Nov. 12, 2006, at his residence after a brief illness.Born and raised in Millville, he graduated from Millville High School, and moved to Vineland in the early 1970s.He was a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Army.He was a recipient of a Purple Heart and a Combat Infantrymen's Badge.Mr. Elisano was employed as a produce clerk for Millville Pathmark for 30 years, retiring due to a disability.He enjoyed watching horse racing, restoring old cars and spending time at the beach.But most of all, he enjoyed his grandchildren.Mr. Elisano and his wife, Shari, would have celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary Dec. 17.
