(ECI) publisher of Brownfield News magazine and producer of the national audio broadcast Green Sense Show(which he is host), the Surplus Property Roundtable a nonprofit association for industrial corporations with large portfolios of surplus properties and Green Sense Farms, LLC an indoor vertical farm. He is an author of three books, the co-author of the Rasher Colangelo formula for Brownfield Market Value and served for ten years as publisher of Brownfield News magazine. He has developed a workshop on building sustainable communities and has worked with more than 15 cities and states to educate professional on how to build sustainable cities. He has served as an expert witness, providing litigation support, regarding due diligence and impaired property valuations, testified to congress in support of Brownfield legislation and hosted a number of Brownfield advocacy efforts in Washington DC with bipartisan support. Robert has a BS, Earth Science/Geology - 1984 and a MS, Earth Science/Hydrogeology from Northeastern Illinois University - 1990
