A nationally recognized expert, Colangelo has published a variety of articles and books on the subject.He
has appeared on television programs in both the US and Canada, been quoted in newspapers nationwide, and sought after as an expert witness to provide litigation support.Colangelo
has testified at numerous US Congressional hearings in support of brownfield legislation, and has made a number of presentations at conferences throughout North America and Europe.Hired as a consultant by the National Roundtable for the Economy and Environment (NRTEE) to provide input into Canada's National Brownfield Strategy, he established NBA Chapters in the Province of Ontario and British Columbia and organized various conferences and to bring Canadian stakeholders together to address policy and market-based solutions for responsible brownfield redevelopment.He
has also provided input to a number of Canadian Ministries and Municipalities on their brownfield policies.Colangelo attended Northeastern Illinois University, where he earned both a M.S and B.S degree.
