Robert E. Ciri - Partner
has led many companies through successful initial public offerings, secondary offerings, debt restructurings, and corporate re-organizations.
He has been CEO of numerous early stage businesses.
In addition, Bob has been President, CEO and Chairman of two public companies where he was brought in by the board of directors in turn-around situations and led the company to a successful initial public stock offering in one case and rebuilt the infrastructure and business of the other.
He has worked with a Washington area Venture Fund specializing in technology markets and with Hewlett-Packard Company for fifteen years prior where he served as Hewlett-Packard's North American Field Operations Manager for internally developed and acquired applications, consulting, hardware, and technology services.
Bob holds a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in medical biology and education as well as attending the executive program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
