Ken Hackmeister, Executive Director of the I.S.C., has announced that JOHN LIMON has been appointed ISC Commissioner for the Texas/Oklahoma/Louisiana/Arkansas area and that ROBERT BERNARD has been appointed ISC Commissioner for the Atlantic Canada area.In announcing the selection of Robert Bernard to head the Atlantic Canada Area, Hackmeister noted yet another long and productive career in the sport of fastball."He has virtually done it all," said Hackmeister of Bernard.Bernard indicates that he has played the game in every province in Canada as well as in 10 different states while competing in a variety of championships including nationals, eastern Canadians, NAFA, and open tournaments.He has been active in organizing tournaments, both at the youth and the adult levels; has been a regional director for NAFA and on the executive of Softball NS.
