Greta Vaught and Robbie Hibbler have seen plenty of examples of students being inspired in recent years and hope a new crop of young people will make that similar link with success when they attend the fourth annual Youth Summit at Oxnard College on Saturday. "As a nonprofit and a community service group, that is our main purpose," said Hibbler, program coordinator for The Links, who has been involved in the Youth Summit for the past three years. The Links, founded in Philadelphia in 1946, focuses on cultural enrichment, education, health, wellness and civic involvement, she said. "One of our speakers was a graduating student" who attended a previous Youth Summit, Hibbler said. For more information on the Youth Summit, contact Hibbler at 484-6852 or Vaught by e-mail, gvjv@aol.com.
