MARTINSBURG - Eastern Regional Airport Authority members had a good exchange with representatives from the National Guard Bureau Tuesday, Rick Wachtel, chairman of the authority, said in a telephone interview.

The authority has not received payment since the end of June when the previous agreement ended putting the authority in tight financial straits.

to contribute an additional $22,500 each in the upcoming fiscal year to make up for the loss of the joint-use agreement funding.
