RUMFORD -- Following a lengthy discussion, the Board of Selectmen approved a blanket letter drafted by Code Enforcement Officer Richard Kent to be sent to owners of buildings deemed as dangerous.
Originally, Kent came to the board to have the draft letter reviewed about a vacant building at 7 Ernest Street, which has been the site of three suspected arsons.
