Richard Goldberg, IBM: Mr. Goldberg is the Senior Manager for IBM Global Customer Information, responsible for the development, implementation and management of the global customer data quality strategy.Richard, who joined IBM in 1995 to establish a Database Marketing presence, has over twenty years of experience in customer database development and utilization.Prior to joining IBM, Richard was Vice President of Database Marketing for Chemical Banking Corporation, responsible for supporting the strategic directions for the retail bank.Richard holds degrees in Business and Marketing from American University.
