As Director Human Resources, Rick is responsible for leading the Human Resources function and delivering support to the e2v inc North American business in developing its people agenda.
In this capacity Rick
works directly with the President and the e2v leadership team as a proactive business partner and adviser, providing expertise, support, and guidance to the management team.
The Director HR is engaged in all facets of the business and provides recommendations and counsel to the President and Site Leadership Team on HR and related business matters.
Rick joined e2v in early 2013, bringing experience in leading and managing HR functions in leading defense companies including Litton Industries, Northrop Grumman, and BAE Systems.
Rick's more than 30 years of human resources experience includes positions as Manager Compensation and Benefits, Manager Talent and Leadership Development, Director Human Resources, and Director Site Administration.
Rick holds an M.S. in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Psychology from U.C.L.A.
