He has held executive positions for more than half of his career, leading signal engineering teams and providing signal training seminars and presentations on highway-rail grade crossing warning systems.
Additionally, he is a recognized grade-crossing expert in the U.S., having served on federal committees and working groups that effect standards and best practices throughout the country for signalization at grade crossings.

Mr. Campbell studied electronics engineering at The University of Maryland.
