Richard Sanchez was appointed to the position of Los Angeles County Chief Information Officer (CIO) on August 11, 2009.Â As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Sanchez provides guidance and advice regarding Information Technology (IT) to the Countyâ€™s Board of Supervisors, Chief Executive Officer, and County departments. Â
