He spent 13 years with Cummins Engine Company, followed by nearly four years providing a full-range of Human Resources consulting services to small and medium size entities throughout Central Indiana.
He then served as Sr. Vice President of Employee Relations for the former ATA Airlines/Global Aero Logistics, with responsibility for all aspects of both Human Resources and Labor Relations, including serving as Company Chief Spokesperson for all collective bargaining.
Specific areas of expertise include talent management; all aspects of employee relations; labor relations, including collective bargaining; compensation and benefits; training and development; change management; and employee communications.
