Richard A. Meringolo is Executive Vice President and Group Head of RBS Citizens Specialty Banking Group which includes Commercial Real Estate Finance, Sponsor Finance, Private Equity Banking and Community Development Lending.
Meringolo began with RBS Citizens in May of 2009 as head of the Global Restructuring Group (GRG).

The Private Equity Banking team provides specialized lines of credit and cash management services to private equity funds.
Community Development Lending team extends capital to low income housing developers.
