The latest agreement with Ford encompasses the area.
Chapin did research in Ringwood last spring after U.S. Sen.
Chapin reported elevated levels of lead, arsenic, antimony and zinc, as well as benzene and other volatile organic chemicals, in several areas.He said Arcadis' methodology regarding monitoring wells in the area was "fundamentally flawed."
Under the 1988 agreement with Ford, the wells were supposed to be monitored for 30 years.
