Rhonda Warnack: Program Director for Youth Foster Care Volunteers of America Oregon is pleased to introduce Rhonda Warnack, Program Director for our new Youth Foster Care Program.
For the past seven years, Rhonda
has demonstrated her
strong leadership abilities through a succession of increasingly responsible positions at Volunteers
of America Oregon.Beginning as an Administrative Assistant at the Women's Residential Center, she moved on to become Program Coordinator for the School Attendance Initiative, and later took on the role as Agency Training Coordinator.
The opportunity for Rhonda
to take on this new positions arose when Casey Family Programs-whose mission is to provide, improve and ultimately prevent the need for foster care-underwent a comprehensive restructuring last year resulting in the closing of 10 of its 26 offices nationwide, including its office in Portland.
Under the capable direction of Rhonda Warnack
of America Oregon pledges to maintain the same high level of commitment to caring for, supporting and strengthening those who have been benefiting from Casey Family Programs." Rhonda
was enthusiastic about the possibilities of working with the Youth Foster Care
Program and became the prime candidate for the position of Program Director.Now the transition is complete and she's
