Dr. Regina Bowden
is an educator and international consultant with a diverse background including experience in public and private education, universities, government, retail sales / training and the automotive industry.She
blends theory and practice as she
works with companies who desire organizational improvement and change.As a consultant to public and private education, Dr. Bowden
initiated and directed a personal computer training firm in 1982.
Recruited to the automotive industry for her
expertise on disseminating innovation, Regina
launched the Chrysler Corporation efforts to integrate technology in the Service / Parts and Sales divisions.During her
tenure at Chrysler Corporation, she
managed information technology innovation and change, including the automation of zone offices.Her
primary responsibility was to automate strategic planning and improve the consulting ability of the dealer representatives.
In 1995, a merger of three companies resulted in the formation of Transformation, a company that focuses on value improvement techniques, supply chain management and process improvement.As co-owner and President of Transformation, Dr. Bowden
has worked in Europe and more extensively in Australia.She
co-authored a grant for the Australian government to bring global tools and techniques to their automotive supply base.Transformation's current client base includes DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company, Meritor Automotive, Yazaki North America, as well as other tier one automotive suppliers.Dr. Bowden
is passionate about working with organizations to improve their management techniques and organizational tools.She
has authored several articles and professional publications including a strategic planning resource book for cities and municipalities entitled, Aligning for Strategic Change..
