Rebecca enjoys assisting leaders with recognizing, valuing and drawing upon differences; creating feedback-rich environments; navigating through change and transition; and engaging in courageous conversations. She directs her efforts toward assisting leaders and prospective leaders to discover what matters most to them, and to lead from a place that keeps them authentically connected to those things that really matter. Rebecca is privileged to be a speaker and ambassador for the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership. When she is not serving clients, she works on deepening her understanding of what it means to be a servant leader.
