She spent the first two years of her career with Fisher Jeffries, a major Adelaide legal firm.From 1987 to 1994 she worked with Kelly & Co, where she became a partner in 1993.
She was subsequently contracted as Senior Solicitor with South Australian Asset Management Corporation (formerly known as State Bank of South Australia), and assisted in the realization of significant assets locally, interstate and overseas for a period of five years.
The asset realization process at SAAMC complete, in 1999 Rebecca joined Ward & Partners (which merged with Hunt & Hunt in 2002) as a Consultant.
She specialized in complex corporate litigation at that firm until joining Adelta Legal in July 2003.
