was named to head the Risk Management Division, which develops primary casualty insurance and risk management programs for large commercial clients.He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor of science degree in finance and insurance, and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
