FOUR BEDS IN BERRYLANDS - Lords Surbiton Office - News - Lords Estate Agents. Sales and Lettings, Kingston upon Thames, South West London, North Surrey, UK
When the owner of a four bedroom family home in Berrylands rang Lords Estate Agents in Surbiton to confirm the asking price, the Office Manager, Ray Lucioni, nearly fell off his chair!
"Even though the market is tough, the last time I saw a house this size and at this price was nearly three years ago," said Ray. He went on to say that some other agents have still got three bedroom houses at this price reflecting how realistic his clients are and how keen they are to sell. The house is located in one of Berrylands' favoured areas close to shops and schools in Sandhurst Avenue, KT5. There is a large bathroom and a separate shower room, three spacious living areas plus a cloakroom and a garage. "This is an ideal home for a growing family," said Ray, "and at this price, a must for an appointment to view!" Ray Lucioni, the manager at the Local Lords branch in Tolworth said "I am delighted to be renewing my relationship with OLI.
All my three sons were educated at the school and I can think of no finer place to start junior education." We are hoping to help make the OLI Christmas Fair as successful as possible this year and felt that donating a couple of new bikes was a great way to attract people to the fair. Tall, distinguished yet folically challenged Ray Lucioni, has joined the Lords Estate Agents Management team.Born in 1960, Ray has been an estate agent since the tender age of 18 years old when he joined a small company called Alexander Waugh in Ewell Road, Tolworth. It was a job that he had always been keen to do and Ray found that he really enjoyed dealing with the people in the area and the buzz of putting a good sale together.Regrettably the Alexander Waugh partnership broke up and Ray joined one of the most dynamic estate agents in the area at the time, Redman & Co, who built up over 20 offices in under 10 years and who, during the 1980's were the leading brand name throughout North Surrey.Ray spent 12 years at Redman's starting at junior level and working right up to senior management, eventually taking control of the flagship Kingston office. It was here, in fact, that Ray met Guy Hodge, Managing Director of Lords Estate Agents when they worked together of the 1980's, becoming part of a very formidable sales team."Ray was always seen as the guy to beat in the Kingston office" said Guy Hodge, "He had a fantastic memory for property and clients and people loved dealing with him."Inevitably, Redman & Co disappeared under the surge of buyouts carried out by the insurance companies in the late 1980's and Ray decided at that time to continue his career with good local independent agencies rather than with the large corporate firms.Ray was offered an opportunity to go back to his roots in Tolworth with one of the area's most popular firms at that time, Greenfield & Co, which ironically, were based in the same office as his first posting with Alexander Waugh. Ray felt that he wanted to move the company forward with greater emphasis on internet coverage and customer service and decided that he would establish his own company, Property Ladder.Property Ladder became very successful very quickly, and having traded for three years, Ray could see a benefit of becoming part of a slightly larger local independent agency chain in order to promote additional leads and business enquiries. Whilst a loose association has existed between Lords and Property Ladder for some time, Guy Hodge and Ray Lucioni decided to formalise this and merge Property Ladder into the Lords network.Ray is very excited about continuing his career in Tolworth having spent most of his married life there with his silver wedding due next year and having put his three sons all through local schools from junior to senior level. If you would like to talk to Ray about the advantages of living in the Tolworth and Surbiton areas, please contact him on:
Manager Ray Lucioni, who has over twenty five years experience selling homes in the area also lives locally and brings a wealth of local knowledge to Lords.> Ray Lucioni said "I am looking forward to working with Lords Estate Agents.Ray added "I can assure my old clients that they will receive the same professional and friendly service they had from Property Ladder under the Lords banner and it will now be even bigger and better with greater advertising and internet coverage than we could have offered previously and a much larger database of potential buyers."Anyone who wishes to discuss their moving requirements in the area can contact Ray Lucioni or a member of his friendly sales team.
COTTERILL CUISINE - Lords Surbiton Office - News - Lords Estate Agents. Sales and Lettings, Kingston upon Thames, South West London, North Surrey, UK
Perhaps it was his Italian heritage, perhaps his love of cooking came, but Ray insists "It's a cracker of a kitchen.
With all the storage space and easy clean stone work surfaces it would be a delight to cater in. There are loads of cupboards and integrated appliances, and a huge fridge/freezer." Ray went on to say that Cotterill Road, Surbiton (KT6) is one of the areas most sought after places to live because of its proximity to local shops and schools and because of the attractive variety of different styles of home within the road. He said "This house has four good sized bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms (one en-suite), double glazing with sash style windows at the front, and many period features including cast iron fireplaces. Houses in Cotterill Road, are normally snapped up because the road is so popular!" Ray should know - he has lived in it for 20 years!
