Born and raised on Maui and the son of a Hawaiian Chef, Randy Saito
has been in kitchens for most of his
life.His career with Hyatt started in 1980 at the opening of the Hyatt Regency Maui.
Having no formal training just a desire to succeed, Randy's enthusiasm and passion for cooking gave him the opportunity to experience all of the culinary positions in the resort.Randy transferred to San Francisco in 1988 working at the Grand Hyatt.
Since 1991, Randy
held multiple Executive Chef positions in Southern California and Phoenix.Returning to the city he
loves best and as the Executive Chef, Randy
brings enthusiasm, passion and diversity to our hotel.
