Attendees: Peter Kaiser, Jim Nitz, Tamara Tollefson, Patty Kaiser, Randy Meyer, Maureen Bestland, Cleo Pruitt, Jim Rieboldt, Guest: Charles Cianfrani, Randy Meyer was assigned the task of completing a customer complaint form by 1/12/01.Organizational ChartRegarding the organizational chart for the Kaiser Group, the last Management Review meeting discussed the chart presented at that time without conclusion as to its suitability.It was determined that the organizational chart should reflect positions and lines of authority, but not names of individuals.Further, it was determined that each office of the Kaiser Group should have an organizational chart for the local office to be viewed as a subset of the whole.Action Item: Peter Kaiser and Randy Meyer will review and approve final version of organizational charts by 1/12/01.Action item: Randy Meyer will lead the process of delivering a completed employee handbook for Management Review by 3/31/01.
