Randy Horowitz is the Deputy Executive Director of LI Services. Ms. Horowitz has a Master of Science in Education from Queens College and Certificate of School Administration from the College of New Rochelle. he is an adjunct lecturer at Queens College and has presented at local, national and international conferences on topics relating to educating students with autism. Her particular areas of interest include preparing and supporting students with autism for integration into school and community activities.

Please join us in congratulating Randy Horowitz for receiving the Above and Beyond Award for December. This monthly award is a great way for us to recognize and thank staff, students, volunteers, and the community who go above and beyond for the agency, helping to promote and raise needed funds for the program's growth.
Randy Horowitz, the Deputy Executive Director of Long Island Programs, went Above and Beyond to make the 6th Annual Blazing Trails 4 Autism 4 Mile Run/Walk a success. Randy was the highest fund-raiser for the event, raising over $10,000 for the Eden II and Genesis Foundation. Randy an avid runner also held a weekly run for Genesis parents and staff to help prepare for Blazing Trails. In addition, Randy always attends all Eden II and Genesis Foundation events and is a constant ambassador for our programs in Staten Island and Long Island.
We are so very fortunate to have Randy Horowitz as a part of the Eden II family. As a recipient of the Above and Beyond Award, Randy will be recognized on a permanent plaque on both Staten Island and Long Island.

Randy Horowitz
Randy Horowitz is the Associate Executive Director of the Eden II Programs. Randy completed School Administration and Supervision Certificate program at the College of New Rochelle and received a Masters of Science in Education at Queens College where she has been an adjunct lecturer in the special education department for the better part of ten years. Randy's interests include preparing and supporting students with autism for inclusion in mainstream activities. She has written (and has been awarded) numerous grants to support the inclusion of children and adults with autism into general education and other community based facilities and activities. Randy was rewarded for her work with the Dedication to ABA within New York State Award of Excellence and the Dedication to NYS Association of Behavior Analysis Award.

Randy Horowitz is the Deputy Executive Director of the Eden II Programs in Long island, NY. She completed the School Administration and Supervision Certificate program at the College of New Rochelle and received her Masters of Science in Education at Queens College, where she has been an adjunct lecturer in the special education department for the better part of ten years.
Randy recently completed the Senior Leaders Program for Non-profit Professionals at Columbia University Graduate School of Business and is currently pursuing her doctorate in educational leadership at Concordia University.
She is the chairperson of the Education Committee of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce. She is on the Board of Directors for the Staten Island Track and Running Community. Randy serves on two advisory boards: The Queens College Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders and the Brooklyn Autism Center.
Randy's interests include preparing and supporting students with autism for inclusion in mainstream activities. She has written (and has been awarded) numerous grants to support the inclusion of children and adults with autism into general education and other community based facilities and activities.
