Holleyman, President, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Holleyman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in December of 1974 and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in August of 1987.From 1974 through 1976 he worked for Sun Oil Company as a production engineer.In 1977, he joined Universal Resources Corporation as Chief Drilling Engineer and managed both drilling and completion operations.In February of 1980, he became Manager of Operations for Berry Petroleum Corporation before accepting the position of Vice President of Operations for Texoma Resources Corporation in May of 1980, responsible for all engineering and operations activities, management of accounting, land, investor relations and corporate finance.Holleyman was on Texoma's Board of Directors until February of 1982, when he formed his own engineering firm - Hollex Engineering, Inc.His
services to the oil and gas industry as a professional engineer included all areas of drilling, completion, production and reservoir engineering with special emphasis on property management, evaluations and contract operations.Holleyman managed and directed client activities for 12 years for independent energy firms whom did not have adequate technical staff to manage their own operations and explore for oil and gas.
Holleyman's experience in drilling, completion and production operations included field supervision, expert witness testimony, cash flow management, regulatory issues, personnel management, reserve reporting, project economics, production accounting, and administration.Wells ranged from 400 feet to 25,000 feet, including directional and horizontal applications and critical well environments such as abnormal pressure, under balanced drilling and poisonous gas.In 1993, Holleyman accepted a position with a client, Enron Oil & Gas, to manage Enron's deep drilling and production in the Mid-Continent area.He
managed and directed well over 50 million dollars in drilling and completion expenditures for Enron
in their deep well and directional programs including production management.He remained with Enron until he was a Principal Partner in the formation Basin Engineering in July of 1995 and Crown Energy Company in September of 1995.Holleyman is currently a Principal Partner and: President and Chief Operating Officer of Crown Energy Company, managing and directing the day-to-day operations; President and Chief Executive Officer of Basin Engineering; and, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Drilling Motors.Holleyman is a registered professional engineer in the State of Oklahoma.
