Hillsborough County Circuit Judge Walter Heinrich set bail at $75,000 for Randy Archiquette, 39. Archiquette is charged with driving under the influence manslaughter, vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a crash involving injury or death. Within hours, prosecutors were back before Heinrich asking him to reconsider.
