Ramiro Crespo is the General Director and Senior Partner of ANALYTICA Investments Ltd., President of ANALYTICA Securities C. A. Brokerage House and Senior Partner of ANALYTICA Funds Management C. A. Fund and Trust Management. He was also President of the ESFISA investment bank [now Banco Solidario (Solidarity Bank)], InvestBolsa C. A. Brokerage House, Investban C. A. and Investleasing as well as the Agent for Banco Universal S. A. UNIBANCO ("Universal Bank"). He is a stock broker and securities operator and has done several consulting jobs in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions for corporations and recovery.
