Randy T. Webb
Chief Technical Officer/BCI President
is a third generation Oregonian.
grew up in Klamath Falls, a small town rich in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing and skiing.
remembers driving to high school in his
pickup with a shotgun in an open rack in case he
wanted to go duck hunting after school.
Randy studied business management at Oregon State University and the University
While attending the U of O, Randy got a job with Pittsburgh Testing Laboratories (PTL) as a lab technician.
The laboratory environment offered him hands-on opportunities to learn the physical, mechanical and structural properties of steel, structural concrete, asphalt, soils and a wide range of engineered wood products.
After his time in the lab, he continued to learn the industry first-hand by becoming a field technician.
Eventually he was promoted to project manager and oversaw a variety of inspection services for the construction of shopping centers, hospitals and industrial projects.
In the late '80s, PTL merged with Professional Service Industries (PSI), and Randy became managing director of the engineered wood products division.
While in this capacity, he managed product development and the certification of a variety of wood-based materials.
During this time, Randy
also took advantage of his
experience with building materials and developed inspection services for a wide range of manufacturers and fabricators.

R. Teisen Webb
Chief Financial Officer
Teisen was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon.
He has worked in a variety of manufacturing positions throughout his career, from welding to fabrication.
After toiling in the manufacturing industry for a few years, Teisen
decided to refocus his
efforts and return full-time to the University
received a business degree from the University of Oregon, Teisen
started working in real estate and eventually found his
way to PSI
(now Benchmark International).
This is where his
career would find a permanent home, and where he
would cultivate lifelong relationships with clients
Today, along with the rest of the skilled team at Benchmark
days serving the international client base that has made Benchmark
the company it is today.
free time, Teisen loves to be involved with his
kids' numerous sporting activities, either through coaching or as one of the overbearing parents on the sideline!
has also spent the last few years training and competing in various triathlon and CrossFit events.
