Qasem Soleimani, the head of Iran's Quds Force, is one of the covert operators undermining governments and promoting the imperial interests of his Islamic government.
He has emerged as an international "hero" bolstering the morale of Iraqi troops and inserting his Revolutionary Guard agents into the struggle against ISIS. He stands in the vanguard of the empire Iran has created from the Mediterranean to the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.

THANKS TO SOLEIMANI: THE REVOLUTIONARY GUARD IS CLOSE TO BEING LISTED AS A TERRORIST ORGANISATION
The involvement of the commander of Iran's Quds Force, Qasem Soleimani, in the September 11th attacks, has startled the decision-makers in Tehran as it gave the American administration the green light and greater motivation to add the Iranian Revolutionary Guard to the list of terrorist organizations, as The Washington Times has revealed the involvement of Qasem Soleimani and his aides in 9/11 attacks as well as a number of war crimes against the people of the region. The Washington Times' report called on the Trump administration to include the Revolutionary Guard and its external arm, the Quds Force, in its list of terrorist organisations, and to tighten sanctions and take strict action against Qasem Soleimani who is involved in terrorist operations and multiple war crimes, including his involvement in 9/11 attacks, paving the way for ISIS gangs to control the city of Mosul, training Hezbollah on all terrorist activities, his support and alliance with al-Qaeda, and the attempt to assassinate the Saudi ambassador in Washington in 2011. Therefore, the logistical support of the Iranian Quds Force and its commander, Qasem Soleimani, in the 9/11 attacks came as part of an attempt by the Iranian regime to tarnish the image of Sunni people and regimes in view of the whole world. Thereby they could implicate Sunni countries in the terrorism and extremism charges in order to destroy the relations between the Arab regimes and the international community, and find excuses for Iran's interference in neighbouring countries in which such terrorist groups and organizations operate, such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and others. This paves the way for Iran's expansionist goals - under the pretext of fighting these terrorist groups, which have been founded by Iran - to be achieved. Large sums of money are allocated to the Quds Force, which works outside the Iranian borders secretly, without informing government agencies, to the extent that the Iranian president and his ministers have no right to interfere in the work of the Quds Force or holding it accountable. They are even unable to look at its work and activities or on the huge amounts of money it is wasting. Its commander, Qasem Soleimani, is considered the main player in the Iranian executive foreign policy, and he is the one who determines its actual tracks on the ground, which are always come contrary to the Iranian government officials' ones whom their roles are limited to giving smiles and selling speeches home and abroad. Depicting the Iranian Quds force and its commander, Soleimani, of being terrorist, anti-peoples and anti-humanity and as war criminals opens the door for the international community, especially the United States, to target this organization, its leader and others who obey his command, and put all options on the table to punish Soleimani on what he has committed of terrorist crimes and war crimes against humanity in several areas in the world. It is not unlikely that he might be liquidated by the United States, which has proven evidence of his involvement along with his men in war crimes and terrorist activities that have become a regional and global threat.
