Consumer Rights Report Update: Phyllis Wolf
gave an update on the occurrences since her
last visit to the committee in October.The process for tracking complaints is now almost fully automated, the implementation of which was very time consuming.Ms. Wolf
is working with the Coordinator of Consumer & Volunteer Initiatives to categorize the options for the Not Satisfied set of criteria.It was suggested to track positive resolutions in the database.Ms. Wolf
will return once implementation is complete.
