...Phil Estipular is a freelance chef and cooking teacher from San Francisco.
Of Filipino and Irish descent, he
began developing his
culinary skills at an early age.His
passions for the food and wine industry, coupled with his
diverse background and his
creative energy, have led to his
success as a certified Teaching Chef at the Viking-Home Chef Culinary School
in the San Francisco Bay Area. Phil graduated from the Judith Ets-Hokin Cooking School and has attended classes at the famous LeCordon Bleu in Paris and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Greystone in California's Napa Valley.He
cooking techniques and knowledge current by traveling and teaching seminars.Phil also is active with Women Chefs and Restaurants (WCR), a worldwide association dedicated to the advancement of women chefs.
Phil's wife Micki is a member of this organization's Executive Board.
Phil's unique combination of style, sense of humor and approachability makes his
