began developing his
culinary skills at an early age.His

diverse background and his

success as a certified Teaching Chef at the Viking-Home Chef Culinary School
in the San Francisco Bay Area. Phil graduated from the Judith Ets-Hokin Cooking School and has attended classes at the famous LeCordon Bleu in Paris and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Greystone in California's Napa Valley.He
